This is not your ordinary dog training class. This is an entire LIFESTYLE for you and your dog. We will teach you how to incorporate dog training into your everyday life. This class will show you how you can have a good dog, no treats or gimmicks required. You will be given the tools to teach and train your own dog.


Outdoor Classes, Real Distractions
Every class is hosted outdoors. Your dog will learn to listen to you in any situation, with multiple distractions. Classes are hosted at dozens of locations such as Marda Loop, Olympic Plaza, Stephen Ave, and Eau Claire.
After only five weeks, your dog will be able to walk next to you off leash regardless of their current age or behavior.

What is the C.O.O.L. course?
C.O.O.L. stands for Canine Outdoor Obedience and Lifestyle. It's a 7-week outdoor group dog training course by Cultured Canines that covers obedience, safety, nutrition, grooming, and lifestyle training — 34 total hours of instruction. After only five weeks, your dog will be able to walk next to you off leash regardless of their current age or behavior.
How much do group dog training classes cost?
The C.O.O.L. course costs $725 + GST. This includes a hands-free leash and collar ($80 value), 10 free drop-in classes, 1 free Fitness with Fido class, and 34 total hours of instruction. Per hour, it's the most affordable outdoor dog training in Calgary. PAWS clients save $25 with code paws25.
How long are the classes?
The course is 7 weeks long. Classes meet twice per week and each class is 1.5 hours long. The course begins with a one-hour introductory seminar where you meet the team and learn about canine body language. That's 22 total classes and 34 hours of instruction.
